I wanted to share with you an article about an artist who is doing well in the international art scene and who is also from Buffalo. Jacob Kassay graduated from UB a few years ago, and was just 25 when he took the art world by storm with his silver electroplated paintings.
What makes his work so remarkable?
When I am in New York this week, I plan to go over to The Kitchen, a gallery and performance space in the Chelsea nrighborhood where there is an exhibition of Kassay's latest work and hope to find out.
