On Your Own!

Hello everyone,

I hope that you've had a good week. I'm here in New York City now and planning to go to some galleries tomorrow. As you now know, we in Buffalo have many galleries to visit, too! I have some suggestions for you to explore. You can go on tomorrow, or you can go during the week – either way, you need to go somewhere on your own and then report about it in your blog. In addition to these suggestions, you can also have a look at the listings in ARTVOICE, or to any other art space you know about that I don't.

Again, go to at least one gallery or museum this week and write about it in your blog and be sure to get any literature – brochures, etc. – that it might have available for you. I have noticed that there are still a couple people who have not told me their URL, and several others who still have not posted in their blogs at all. This is bad news – we are well into the semester now and you should have by now at least a few posts. Remember the requirements for the course! You will not pass the course if you don't do the blog. Period.
